“De la poésie amplique à la musique lettriste”

The French Lettrist artist Françoise Canal (*1944) created a graphic poem for “La Revue Musicale” in 1971. The recursive stories about four children and the form of a tea cup dissolves into associative words and sounds and demonstrates according to Canal “le glissement progressif de la poésie à mots à la poésie ou musique lettriste“ – the progressive elision from the poetry of words to the Lettrist poetry or, better, Lettrist music.
